If your question is urgent, the phone number for your area is listed below. When you call us, from the main greeting, select extension 3 to reach the Medical Software Support department.
 
To assist us in responding faster to your request for help, we use a Live Answer phone system along with Voice Messaging. This system allows us to manage, organize and prioritize calls so that your call can be handled in an efficient and timely manner. It also ensures that calls are not lost or left unanswered.
 
24-hour Support!
Depending upon when you call, your call may be answered live or you may need to leave a message.  Calls received outside of the regular support hours described below are handled on a priority basis. Emergencies are given top priority and all calls are responded to as soon as possible.
 
Regular Support hours
For support during our regular support hours, your call may be answered live by a Support analyst or you may opt to leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible - usually within a few minutes.

If your question is not urgent, you can email ABEL's Support department directly. You can expect an e-mail reply from an ABELMed Support Representative within two business days. 

There is no charge for e-mail support to customers with an active Flat Rate Support agreement. For others, e-mail support is billed based on their specific Support Plan.

Support for ABELMed EHR - EMR / PM has two parts:

Administrative Support
Administrative support covers the following ABELMed features and their related functionality: billing (includes submissions and reconciliation), scheduling and demographics. Administrative features are accessible from the ABELMed tabs titled Cover, Personal, Extra, Appointments, Services, Financial, Tasks, Referrals Documents and Lab.
 
Clinical Support
Clinical support covers the following ABELMed features and their related functionality: CPP, Encounters, Rx and Clinical Forms.
