ABELMed EHR-EMR/PM v11 achieves OntarioMD CMS Specification version 3.0 certification
ABELMed Inc. is proud to announce that the newest version of ABELMed EHR-EMR/PM clinical and practice management software, v11, achieved the OntarioMD CMS Specification 3.0 certification on January 22, 2010.
To meet the OntarioMD CMS specification v3.0, systems must demonstrate functionality to support chronic disease management including flowsheets, enhanced querying and reporting capabilities, and the ability to connect to the knowledge resources provided on the OntarioMD.ca physician website. In addition, meeting the OntarioMD CMS specification v3.0 prepares certified Offerings for e-Health initiatives such as the Ontario Laboratory Information System (OLIS) and the provincial Diabetes Registry.
